Simple bass synth tweaks
With 11 built-in sounds, you’ll have no problem finding just the right one to fit the track you’re playing and it doesn't stop there. With the CTRL knob, you can set specific parameters depending on the sound selected and by adding an expression pedal, you can tweak a second parameter hands free! The SENS knob regulates how sensitively the Bass Mono Synth reacts to your playing and the ratio of the dry and wet signals can be controlled using the DRY and SYNTH knobs. Once you've found a setting you're happy with, it can be saved to one of the user presets. The Bass Mono Synth also has synth and dry outputs that can be used to send the signals to an external device.

Zeer goed synth pedaal voor de prijs. Je kan er heel veel leuke geluiden uit krijgen. Ook is het fijn dat je het dry signal kan controleren. In het begin had ik wat problemen met het goed tracken, maar dit vergde vooral wat oefening. Nu krijg ik er consistent geluid mee. De lagere tonen op mijn 5-snaar of in drop d klinken er niet goed mee, maar dat is ook te verwachten.
Fijn pedaal
Gaaf ding voor een mooie prijs. Ik had deze besteld voor het ZZ Top synth geluid en hij doet véél meer dan dat. Bekijk het clipje onder even en je krijgt een goede idee van alle mogelijkheden. Hij heeft bij mij een vaste plek op mn pedalboard. (Ook die is van Bax haha)

This pedal is a bit of an enigma and that is the reason why I gave it 3 stars. The sounds it generates are interesting and could be used for recording - in the right circumstances ... It is a challenge to get the synth sounds to play consistently when playing a bass line like the one for "I wanna dance with somebody" or "don't you want me baby" which is the reason I bought it for my covers band. The instructions could be clearer and so could the layout of the pedal in terms of how to work presets and the on board settings. I have tried a number of things and the best seems to be using my Sire v7 Marcus Miller Jazz in active mode which seems to be triggering the synth more consistently. I saw a Youtube video with the pedal with the guys using an EHX Crying Baby pedal in from of the Mono Synth and it came out really well. So also considering that - maybe ought to be sold as a package ? Good luck !
